WHO: You or a family member with
• Cognitive concerns OR family history of dementia and no
established diagnosis of
▪ Mild cognitive impairment (MCI)
▪ Early dementia due to Alzheimer Disease
• Over 55 years of age
• No history of stroke or untreated mood disorder
WHAT:
• Formal memory and mood testing
• Observational brain imaging studies
• Drug trials for people with memory impairment
