The Middlesex London Ontario Health Team (OHT) is a dedicated team of local healthcare providers and community members who are working together to better connect healthcare and supports across Middlesex County & London.


The London and District Academy of Medicine is a professional medical association representing member physicians in London, Ontario and surrounding area. The Academy provides a full range of programs, services and benefits to assist member physicians.


The Department of Family Medicine at the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry (Western University) is a leader in primary care education, research, and clinical innovation. The department trains future family physicians and contributes to improving health outcomes in communities across Canada and beyond.


Family physicians provide care for patients at both St. Joseph’s Health Care London and London Health Sciences Centre and through the hospital affiliated family medical centres: St. Joseph’s Family Medical CentreByron Family Medical Centre and Victoria Family Medical Centre

Family physicians also participate extensively in teaching medical students and residents in various settings. They are involved in a wide range of research initiatives such as: health services research, diabetes, exercise and the elderly, patient/physician communication, electronic medical records, cancer care, and palliative care.


Community Paramedics work in partnership with family physicians and nurse practitioners to provide immediate or scheduled primary, urgent, and/or specialized healthcare to your vulnerable patient populations while focusing on improving equity in healthcare access across the continuum of care.


Middlesex-London Health Unit provides up-to-date, evidence-based information and resources to ensure the most positive outcomes for the people that you see within your practice.
