The Association of Family Health Teams of Ontario (AFHTO) is partnering with Gravenhurst Health Council to host a webinar on Wednesday, February 4th from 12:00 – 1:00 pm EST to shine light on the Gravenhurst Health Hub, a grassroots initiative aiming to transform access to primary care, diagnostics, and wellness services for residents across Muskoka.
The session will feature opening remarks from AFHTO’s CEO, Jess Rogers, and a multi-speaker presentation on how the community has rallied together and raised hundreds of thousands of dollars to finish the building, welcome new healthcare practitioners, and launch vital, missing services like after-hours care, specialist visits, and diagnostic imaging. The session will conclude with a Q&A period to address any comments and questions.
