Objective: Provide an overview of the provincially funded eReferral Ontario program, including its benefits, current provincial adoption, the onboarding process, implementation and training supports, and available resources to help clinics get started. The session will conclude with a live Q&A with the Amplify Care eReferral Deployment Team.
This session marks the beginning of a recurring webinar series, with the goal of hosting sessions on a bi-monthly basis. Future webinars will feature a variety of eReferral-related topics, highlight new functionality and best practices, and invite clinical champions and subject matter experts to co-host and share their experiences to support peer learning and adoption.
