Past event: Join SCOPE in Middlesex London – Improving Access to Urgent Diagnostic Imaging for Patients

SCOPE (Seamless Care Optimizing the Patient Experience) would like to invite you to join our program that offers primary care providers (PCPs) in Middlesex London access to urgent Diagnostic Imaging for their patients through London Health Sciences Centre, St. Joseph’s Health Care London, Middlesex Hospital Alliance – Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital, and London X-Ray Associates’ Integrated Community Health Services Centres.

Since our launch in June 2024, around 70 primary care providers have used SCOPE successfully, improving their patient care by accelerating access to urgent imaging. As SCOPE grows, we plan to expand beyond imaging to include access to services such as mental health, urgent internal medicine consults, and more.
 
We’re now excited to open SCOPE to all PCPs in the Middlesex London area.

You’re invited to attend a brief virtual information session to:

  • Learn more about the SCOPE program and meet the SCOPE team
  • Register and start using the program right away
  • Gain Mainpro+ credit.

To register to SCOPE Onboarding sessions, register to one of the following sessions.

If you’re unable to attend any of the sessions, a recording will be made available on our website after May 7, 2025. You’ll still be able to register for SCOPE and begin using the program anytime after May 7, 2025.
