Past event: Learning Essential Approaches for Palliative Care Training

The Ontario Health West Regional Palliative Care Network is sponsoring several LEAP courses through Pallium Canada for healthcare providers in the London Middlesex OHT.

There is an in-person offering of Mini-LEAP on February 27^th at Parkwood and a virtual offering of LEAP Core with some options for dates. This offering is for any health care providers within the London-Middlesex OHT.
