Past event: Ontario AI Scribe Program: Your Guide to Smarter Clinical Documentation

Interactive Session on Ontario AI Scribe Program, Monday June 16th 12pm-1pm – see information below and use link to register/attend

As artificial intelligence transforms clinical documentation, the Ontario AI Scribe Program was created to help physicians reduce administrative burden and reclaim valuable time for patient care.

Developed through a partnership between the Ministry of Health, Supply Ontario, and OntarioMD (OMD), the program provides community-based clinicians with access to a qualified list of trusted AI scribe solutions.

These vendors have been qualified through a Supply Ontario Vendor of Record (VoR) process, offering safe, secure, and clinically effective tools at fair, pre-negotiated prices.

The program aligns with Ontario Health’s Patients Before Paperwork initiative and was shaped with direct input from the Section of General and Family Practice (SGFP), along with regulatory and privacy partners. It is designed to ensure that physician wellness, practice efficiency, and frontline realities remain at the core of AI adoption in primary care.

Join our panelists in this webinar that will help clinicians understand

  • The goals of the Ontario AI Scribe program
  • How the VoR was developed and its benefits
  • Discover how to adopt AI Scribe solution in your clinic

This interactive session will demystify the procurement process, highlight what physicians can expect from vendors, and offer practical steps to help clinicians choose and implement an AI scribe solution that fits their workflow—while ensuring privacy, compliance, and alignment with clinical best practices.
