This Mental Health Expo is designed to educate, inform, and connect members of the public with mental health, brain development, and wellness resources. The event provides opportunities to learn about services such as psychotherapy, counselling, neurodevelopmental supports, holistic wellness practices, and complementary services. The Expo does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or crisis intervention services.
